The Management Concept of the Well Woman Clinic

Board of Trustees

The Trustees of MEPS Trust meet twice a year and are responsible for the strategic direction of the well woman clinic and from time to time discuss the affairs of the trust. The chairman of the management committee of the well woman clinic and the Trust solicitor are co-opted members of the board of trustees.

Management Committee

The management committee is made up of core members who are representatives from various professions in the society, medical consultants and the coordinator. They meet three times a year to discuss the strategic direction of the clinic, assess its financial status and examine the progress of its programmes:
